Canada Fishing Day in Northern Ontario
There’s something that goes along with one of the most important days in Canada and that’s a day of FISHING!
I think there should an official “Canadian Fishing Day” myself. Don’t you? Think about it, one day where everyone in Canada decides to plan, pack up with their family and friends and get out and go fishing.
Canada has an abundance of natural resources that are full of pure physical attention, but none is more amazing than the possibility for grabbing a monster fish somewhere that only “YOU” know about. Anywhere in Canada can bring the same fishing adventure.

Northern Ontario Walleye Fishing
Its getting really close to walleye season here in Ontario and fishing in the north can be the most plentiful for any fisherman since we have an abundance of lakes and rivers to battle over.
At this time of year Walleyes are normally in a river current or close to shore on a beautiful Northern Ontario lake. Depending on where your going to be fishing, it’s important to understand where these walleye tend to congregate. It’s in these spots that they begin their spawning ritual. When walleyes spawn in Northern Ontario Lakes they normally stay close to sandy areas along the shore and while they spawn they will hold down those spots for awhile afterwards to protect their spawning beds. This is prime time to get out and catch a monster walleye.
Try a Lindy rig…
